Upon learning that I was visiting from the hospital, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed, but they also surprised me by upgrading my room to a breathtaking suite. The gesture was beyond generous and touched my heart deeply. The hotel staff took it upon themselves to send me thoughtful gifts and messages, creating an environment of care and positivity that I had never experienced before. They were competing to provide the best they have. Mohand, Bander, Salman and more gentlemen. The beautiful ladies have shown their ability to work together and make the environment more enjoyable. Madawi, Raniah, Aseel, and Rayan, made my stay not only enjoyable but unforgettable as this was my anniversary. My husband and I were surrounded by a garden of Red Flowers, sweet and drinks. Mohamad, Fahd, and Raniah came up to my room the night of my last day with another wonderful surprise. Of course, all these wonderful meaningful feelings meant a lot as the message behind reflect love and happiness. Breakfast was different than normal in Alorjouan restaurant with the hospitality of Mayvel, Sumarni , Abdullah and Abdul Hadi. All were very welcoming staff. In the Hong restaurant, another magnificent journey with all the staff, especial thanks to Osama, Kelvin, and Renonte.

Everything was amazing, truly amazing. It is indeed a palace hotel, so luxurious. My family enjoyed so much and especially the indoor swimming pool. We We got a great welcome after we arrived, our car was taken for valet parking by the friendly staff. Check in area is amazing also friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice and clean. The hotel ambiance so beautiful and also the landscaping around the hotel, the water fountain in front of the hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant for breakfast so inviting , and plenty of breakfast selection, buffet. The food tasted amazing. I wouldn’t mind staying at Ritz Carlton Riyadh again and l will recommend to my friends and family.
