The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh

It was a great unforgettable luxurious experience accommodating in The Ritz Carlton Riyadh🏨 From the front desk to the room service, all members are welcoming and nice. They were competing to provide the best they have. Mohand, Bander, Salman and more gentlemen. The beautiful ladies have shown their ability to work together and make the environment more enjoyable. Madawi, Raniah, Aseel, and Rayan, made my stay not only enjoyable but unforgettable as this was my anniversary. My husband and I were surrounded by a garden of Red Flowers, sweet and drinks. Mohamad, Fahd, and Raniah came up to my room the night of my last day with another wonderful surprise. Of course, all these wonderful meaningful feelings meant a lot as the message behind reflect love and happiness. Breakfast was different than normal in Alorjouan restaurant with the hospitality of Mayvel, Sumarni , Abdullah and Abdul Hadi. All were very welcoming staff. In the Hong restaurant, another magnificent journey with all the staff, especial thanks to Osama, Kelvin, and Renonte.

Everything was amazing, truly amazing. It is indeed a palace hotel, so luxurious. My family enjoyed so much and especially the indoor swimming pool. We We got a great welcome after we arrived, our car was taken for valet parking by the friendly staff. Check in area is amazing also friendly staff. Spacious rooms, nice and clean. The hotel ambiance so beautiful and also the landscaping around the hotel, the water fountain in front of the hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant for breakfast so inviting , and plenty of breakfast selection, buffet. The food tasted amazing. I wouldn’t mind staying at Ritz Carlton Riyadh again and l will recommend to my friends and family.

The gym is state-of-the-art, the spa an oasis of relaxation, and the cigar room, complete with appropriate refreshments, a retreat for connoisseurs. And who could forget the surprising inclusion of a bowling alley? It's the perfect touch of fun and recreation. One highlight of my stay was the access to the exclusive club lounge. Trust me when I say it's worth every penny. The curated culinary delights and serene ambience make it an ideal place to unwind and savor the moment. I find it difficult to express just how grateful I am to the staff of the Ritz Carlton Palace Riyadh for making my stay unforgettable.

The hotel is a Ritz Carlton, so your expectations are already high. Given this, the Riyadh property is just an average 5 star luxurious hotel. The best: the staff, the nice in-door swimming and spa and the food in the restaurants. The room was very comfortable - but you do not expect less. So overall, a very nice hotel that has a nice decoration - if you like Arabic influence decor - a great location and very quiet.

Excellent Experience stay in Ritz Carlton, everything is awesome they have standard like 7 star and they are maintaining, the view inside hotel is impressive beautiful and the front office is so beautiful and the desk people Mrs. NOORA she is very cooperative and Hamble and Excellent Attitude, she didn't like to feel me that it's my first stay, i am very thankful to her to make my stay Exceptional. I wil always to try to stay in Ritz Carlton.
